Still no luck getting either of the StyleWriters to work. Did all the recommended things, like reinstalling drivers, resetting the eprom, changing cables. I still get the error led flashing, and when I try to print, I get a "color ink cartridge missing or not installed." The led I get with the cable disconnected from the printer, so I am assuming the problem lies with the printer(s) it(them)self(selves). Could it be possible that the two brand new Staples generic replacement cartridges are not being identified by the printers, and this is the source of the errors?
