Hi Anna, My SuperPaint 3.5 started freezing while the program Logo was still on screen. It turned out to be the "Appearance" extension in my case which had entered my system with Eudora Pro 4 which MUST HAVE that extension. Since I love SuperP., I dropped back to Eudora Pro 3 in my Quads - no Appearance. Point being that a recent addition to your system may be to blame.
