The thing I would start looking at is that the 120 Mhz card runs the 
bus at 40 Mhz while the 150 and 200 run it at 50 Mhz.   This tells me 
something in your computer does not tolerate the higher speed.   The 
first thing to check is the Cache card and the second is the RAM.
