Okay, most of us know that you can't use EDO memory in a 7200. Does
anyone know a good way to distinguish between EDO and FPM. Most
vendors don't seem inclined to mark their products at all, not even
with such useful data as the size. That at least I can find out.
But it seems the only way to determine FPM vs EDO is by playing
Russian roulette with a 7200. I tried the chip directory but while
it will show the size, it doesn't indicate the type. Is there any
way to determine it on another machine such as a 7500 that doesn't
self destruct with EDO?
