I have the Service manual for the 9500 that describes the complete procedure
for disassembling the 9500 to install RAM.
Email me off the list with SERVICE MANUAL 9500 as the subject and I'll send
it to you.
If my memory serves me well it is no more difficult than dis-assembling and
re-assembling a Volkswagen transmission.
