Absolutely.  Fry's has a number of low-price USB cards -- ranging from $10 to about
$40 -- and one of them is bound to work in the 6400.  If not, return it and try
another.  I bought an Inland 2-port USB 1.1 card at Fry's for $10 and it's been
working like a champ in my PowerCenter Pro.
