I have had the same problems with Sub Menus not working, and also with Real Player causing machine to freeze. I too have tried uninstalling, and then reinstalling Real Player. I have complained to Real Player tech support, but they have no clue what to do ! They told me to keep upgrading !! Sounds more like a sales pitch than tech support . . .
