I recently acquired a SW 2500. I purchased a new ink cartridge with ink tanks. I can't get it to print the test page -- I continue to try via shutting it off, then holding the on button down til it "prints" the test page -- and get good cyan, and occasionally some magenta, but then the next time back to just cyan. No yellow or black.
