Hi Nancy, He means another Hard Drive as opposed to a CPU (processing unit). Some hard drives are roughly the size of an old 8-track tape. Modern computers all come with one and other "Drives" can be added internally. That's what "drive bays" are there to accomodate. . . Hard Drives Floppy Drives CD-ROM Drives. . . Zip (like a fat floppy with tons more capacity) Drives Drives units of the above types can be connected externally as well but they'll be in their own cases making them much larger than the drive itself.
