In my orginal post about this problem, I neglected to report my system
configuration:

8600/9600 Mother Board/xlr8G3/300Mhz/1.5GB RAM/18GB HD/OS 9.1

Original post:
I recently acquired a Voodoo 5 card and installed it according to the
supplied instructions, but now neither card works (I also have an ATI
Xclaim VR 128). With no video output, I cannot install the Voodoo
drivers (the instructions say to install the card, connect the monitor,
then install the software). Should these cards be installed on different
PCI busses? Right now I have the cards installed on PCI bus #1: Voodoo 5
in slot A1 and the Xclaim VR128 in slot B1.

Monitor is a 13" Apple Color Monitor connected via a Griffin adapter to
the VGA port.
