I have a u.s. robotics external faxmodem, model #5689 that I bought on ebay. If I had read the entire description, I would have noticed that it comes without the installation cd. I have been unlucky in finding the software on the website (I've even emailed them, but they're slow in getting back to me and in figuring out what I want!).
