Thanks for the suggestion. The control panel didn't have usr high speed, so we chose usr universal. We get on the internet, but *very* slowly (with the latest edition of Netscape). We also can't receive faxes on it. So, the suggestion *did* get us this far, which is good, but we still need the correct software if anyone else has an idea of how to get it. I haven't heard from the company, except for them to tell me that the message I sent them was blank (it was blank because the instructions said to send a blank message and in return, they would send you a list of possible files you might need!).
