Thats interesting, I have a powerlogix G3/400/200/1 in my 7500. I have it
running at 440Mhz on a 55Mhz bus with the cache running at 220Mhz (2:1).
The only thing I did do was when I first got it the temp went up around 100
degrees C so I put a fan/heatshink from a old 486 on the original heatshink.
Temp is now constantly around 31 degrees C.

I have had it running at 500Mhz with a 200Mhz cache (5:2) but had to many
lock ups.

Any one tried running the cache at faster than a 2:1 rating?
