Draw 8, and I have pretty much any OS, though I think my 8.5/6 is corrupt.

My wife will be using Draw 10 on PC at work, but she asked to have a machine
set up here to practice on. I think I can strip down a 9.1 or use a full
7.6.1 and nothing but Draw and get a reasonable result. I have a 512 k
cache I can pt in the 7200, so I'm thinking 64 mgs and that with minimal
other demands ought to work reasonably. I think she wants a wheel mouse, and
I know she wants a right click. I have some two button trackballs on hand,
but no wheel mouse. I have never used a wheel mouse and never learned what
the right click on the trackballs does. A. does the trackball in any way
simulate the wheel on the wheel mouse? B. Can you recommend a wheel mouse
that runs on ABD Macs?
