Yep.  I've got a pci 100BT ethernet card that works when I'm in Linux,
but not when I'm in MacOS 9.  I just compiled the standard Linux driver
and it works.  I also threw a Mac PCI SCSI card in a x86 Linux box,
and it worked-- not bootable on the x86, but otherwise completely
usable.  

I haven't tried switching pci video cards, that might be more
problematic.
