Listers: I have been subscribing to several many LEM Lists for simply forever, which in computer time means over a year, and was active on the old Quad List and PPC 603 List back when I published using a wickedly fast IIfx, a Performa 6200 and a Quadra 950.
I said it then and I'll say it now: The levels of proper adherence to the established rules of grammar and spelling are higher on the Low End Mac lists than anywhere else on the internet. Wherever public debate and discussion flourish the level of mutilation of the English language has been accelerated by public forum except on these LEM lists.
