Thanks to all those who helped me with the microphone problem. Yup it was just the type of microphone I was using. I was able to acquire a PlainTalk microphone and it works great on the 7300! Been using it to record my students reading to me so I have solid evidence on their reading skill.
Now if only I can get an ATA card to work properly in my 7300. I've used both an ACARD and a Sonnet ATA-100+ PCI card and all hard drives I've tried on them can't be formatted for some reason in either Drive setup or FWB HDT. It keeps giving me errors. Should I try to use an ATA-66 card instead ? on 10/7/02 12:15 AM, Kevin at [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > > > "A.Tuazon" wrote: >> >> Hi, it seems my microphone jack in my 7300 is dead (bought it used and never >> even bothered trying the microphone jack till now).
