Thanks, I do understand there is a few exceptions.  As there is with people. I
do advice my children to stay away stray dogs.  While it is rare to find one in
the city, it is a fact that most dogs who bite and kill children in the street
have owners, I haven't researched but I am pretty sure the percentage may go up
to about 85%.

Millions of animal species have become extinct because of men, there
was only one time when humans where close to extinction; ironically it
wasn't because of animals.
