PPP Menu is not PPP. PPP Menu puts a little blue phone next to the app 
switcher with a Connect/Disconnect menu and quick-launches intended for 
Internet apps.

I've used a copy I've had for years from 7.1 though 8.6, and it's never 
caused a problem. If you use it/like it, keep it.
