Cox does not have a clue about Mac. I am tired of being lied to and treated as if I am stupid. The condescending attitude, "make sure you type in your name in lower case, etc."
They now refuse to assist me with Netscape at all. They are trying to force me into OE. They sold me a service including Netscape, I had a choice, now they insist I no longer have a choice.
