Of course they're clueless and rude. They would be clueless and rude to you if you were on a Windows machine. You will find the same to be true with AT&T, major DSL providers, AOL, and so on. Don't call them--the only thing you'll get is grief. And, if you think the phone CSRs are rude, you wouldn't believe how snotty the online webchat drones are...
