Hello, I turn to you cause I don't know where to start with. Where can I find help with MS Office 2001 (Word)? Is there a NG or a list that I could address this problem occuring on my PM 7200/120/176RAM: a friend -is he- sent a message with an attachment "horoscope1.dot", it did not have the traditional Word Mac icon, instead something that looked like a Windows icon. The Get Info said it was an application. Word could not open it. So I trashed it but since then, the the "save as" dialog box doesn't show "save as Word document" but "save as horoscope1.dot document". I tried everything I know: reinstall, Norton, rebuilding DT, no can do. Word insists on saving as "horoscope1.dot". Everything works fine but this little ennoying change of denomination in the saving as dialog box. Is it the System (8.6), Office or the 7200? I'm near the initialize disk thing.
