Now that you mention it, a Mac with the cult status of the TAM might 
just have some 3rd party hack that uses the ROM slot -- but, I've never 
heard of one.

For those who may not have ever knowingly seen one, you have if you've 
seen the Batman movie with George Clooney (Batman Returns?). The 
futuristic LCD computer they use isn't a prop, it's an "ordinary", 
retail TAM. Retail, btw, started $7500 US. See
