On Toast 5 one can choose mp3 disk as an option and THEN drag music files
but I believe it is actually an ISO 9660 formated disk anyway but am not
100% on that. 
One can have tracks in folders which become 'albums'. Toast recommends
putting '.mp3' as a suffix - (it does it for me if I let it).
