Steve, you completely misunderstand. I am not assuming your or any other 
AOL user is clueless. I was an AOL user for yeas.

I am assuming that AOL is doing something weird, since your other 
postings are making it to the list. I need to understand what's going on, 
because if it happens to one AOL user on one of our lists, it's bound to 
happen again.

If we know why, we're one step closer to solving the problem.
