Popup - Annoying ad that "pops up" over the top of the site you're viewing. 
Popular on Tripod, f'rinstance.

Popunder - Annoying mutant b*stard brother of the popup that comes up, THEN 
hides under the window you're looking at so it's there to annoy you when 
you close your browser.

LART - what should be applied to the creators of the popup and popunder 
with great vigor, several times an hour.
