If I remember correctly, a 68k machine cannot run an OS higher than  7.53
or so.
Unless a PPC accelerator is installed of course.  I don't know of any but
there may have been
PPC  machines with only a floppie drive. Perhaps a laptop.  Thus
necessitating a floppy version.

I can only assume you feel you need all of these versions as you intend to
do a lot of Mac repair for fun or profit. This was not clear when you first
posted your OS questions.
