At one time I had subscriptions to MacWorld, MacHome
and MacAddict. The first one I let lapse was MacHome.
It also contains -- or at least did -- a CD full of
demos, freeware and software. MacHome is for the home
user who is not as tech-centric as the other
magazine's readers. It may have changed over the years
as magazines tend to do. I just found it pretty dull.
And with my learning how to use the 'net for software
and tutorials and lists like this one, I found I could
keep up with the news, learn the tech I needed to
learn and not have to recycle the pulp.
