Hi, I bought my 6500/275 96RAM recently, it came with all the manuals and original Apple Disks. The pre-owner had System 9.1 installed. Must say that I liked the experience with 9. I partitioned the HD and put a System 9.1 on one partition and a System 8.6 on anothe one. Truly, I can't tell the difference apart that System 8.6 takes around 6 megs less in memory. I read some horror stories concerning System 9.1 on such a machine, it scares me. What are the true advantages of running System 9 compared to System 8.6 on a 6500?
