Intel chipsets for the P4 chip have USB 2.0 built-in, as well as later
chipsets from VIA for the P4 and Athlon/Duron.  I'm not sure about SiS - the
PC I have has a SiS chipset on the motherboard, but only supports USB 1.1.
It supports 6 USB ports though.
