  I  found MEK/acetone works great on parabolic microphone dishes like 
you see on the sidelines of televised football games. Pretty sure 
those are acrylic. But once you try and glue something once and it 
doesn't work, that's usually it. Won't mate second time.  Besides the 
piece that goes back to the power switch there is also a tab that 
broke off from the switch assembly. I think I'll try a little glue 
test experiment as I can probably do without the tab. I've seen the 
pro-weld at some store around me so I'll go out and pick up some and 
try that, too.
