Don't copy Eudora itself.  Just copy your mail files.

Eudora itself should reside is a place like Applications:Eudora:

Your mail files should reside in a place like System Folder:Eudora Folder:

It's that Eudora Folder that you want to copy around.

Eudora finds the files it needs by looking in the same folder as the 
Eudora Settings file.

You can, if you wish, just copy the pertinent mailbox files and 
address book files from within the Eudora Folder.  Sometimes easier 
to move the whole thing tho.
