I've caught a bit about that elsewhere; on a 7200, is that the little 
round button set in a metal square to the right of the PCI slots? I gave 
that a press while the card was in place before one of the startups. 
Right button, wrong point in the installation? No mention of this in the 
instructions accompanying the card.
