Well, the instructions that came with my PowerLogix card for my 7300 said to press the CUDA button after removing the old card and before inserting the new one. But I believe this was because of the placement of the switch in the 7300... You can't get to it if a card is in place. I'd say as long as you pressed it after shutting down, but before powering up with the new card you'd be ok... Anyone confirm?
You said 128, 128, and 16... I assume the 16 is on the MB? Or do you actually have a 16MB DIMM? If so, remove it and try just the 128's...
