IIRC, the 4 switches are used to support the Mach5 (8600 > 233Mhz, 
9600 > 250Mhz) PCI Macs.   My manual is safely stored in the box 
which is out in the garage somewhere.   If you don't have an exact 
answer in a day or two, e-mail me directly and I will pull it out 
send you the info.
