There was only one other response regarding this and it was a link to a site that just 
had the product brochure for this for download.  I scoured their site, and never 
turned up anything for dip switch settings.  I am actually trying to get it into an 
8600 with a kansas/mach5 board.  If you can find the settings that would be great, 
also let me know if I can compensate you for this, money or parts you need.
