After some digging around at work, I found an archive of the original
NewerTech site (the 'new' one has taken down all of the support
information for the 'old' products). The site is:

<http://www.mirrors.ausmac.net/ftp/Mirrored-SW/NewerTechnology/www.newertech.com/main/index.html>

And the page with the DIP switch settings is:

<http://www.mirrors.ausmac.net/ftp/Mirrored-SW/NewerTechnology/www.newertech.com/support/faq/maxpowrg3.html>
