Ive got PM8600 with 3 internal SCSI drives (2 50-pin and 1 80 pin SCA w/ 50 pin adapter: 4Gb/5.6K rpm stockHD, 9Gb/10k, 18Gb/10K) I think PM8600 internal SCSI is Fast SCSI-2 (10Mb/sec)
and my question is: Is ATA faster than SCSI? I dont know much about ATA and was wondering the benefits of such a setup. your comments are appreciated.
