Aren't we all. I have SBC DSL service, had it since January. It's
been spotty at first. They offered a credit it was so bad getting the
signal. However, they never let up with it, contacting me consistently
and following up to ensure I was getting what I needed. The techs were
familiar with OS X and were able to help with any questions I've had.
I took their service at the $24.95 rate, since it was only $9 more than
the dial-up. I chose to stick with SBC because of the good service I
had from the start. They haven't let me down.
