Please let us know if they do!  It should be good for the "shock 
value"!  Providers such as SBC usually do not offer a la cart 
services.  Things such as email, some web space, and a cached portal, 
are part of their bundled service and they think of them as being 
"free".  That would, of course, be spin for *included*.

$24 to $50/mo is about the norm, for residential/personal DSL 
service.  Business grade service (which includes a QoS agreement) 
usually starts around $100.

I'd be more worried about performance tho.  Depending on how far you 
are from your CO, and what flavour DSL they're offering, it can be 
quite slow.  Sometimes slower than a bonded pair of V.90 connections!

Check with your local cable company.  Most offer 1500 Kbps down and 
128 to 256 Kbps up -- faster than DSL...
