The Beige G3 DT supply is a special one for that model alone, although externally it has the same form factor as a 7500/7600/7200 or a 7300 supply. >> Does anyone know of a matrix listing compatibility between various beige PowerMac supplies? >> The Beige G3 DT supply is as described above. The Beige G3 MT supply is essentially an ATX supply [ * ] with a special cooling system, and an adapter which gives it the same form factor as an 8600/9600 supply. I've never seen an AIO, much less an AIO supply. [ * ] For example, you can take certain high-capacity ATX supplies, say, 300 watts, and turn them into Beige MT supplies very easily, thereby replacing the original 171 watt Beige MT supply. My 533 MHz G3'd Beige MT, which is maxed out with three huge UW-SCSI drives, a CD-R/W drive, a DVD-ROM-R-R/W drive, 758 MB of RAM, an ATI Radeon 7000 card, and a PC Compatibility card, has such a supply. -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
