I'm not sure about the 6360, but I believe it has the same wiring harness as 
the 630 series... and I tried to put a 6400 together using a 630 harness, 
and it didn't work. The power supply is controlled by a different method, I 
believe.

Logistically, if you can rectify the wiring mojo, I think all you have to do 
is replace the two-slot pci L-adapter with a one-slot, and get the 
appropriate back panel.
