BTW - thanks to everyone's help, I finally got the Microsoft VC++ Cross development System to work with the Performa. Next step is to get it working on the Mac IIfx - but that's for another list. Anyway - I got the samples to compile and was able to debug them using the Performa as the target system. Now I can get down to the business of porting my SWTPC 6800/6809 emulator to the PPC and the M68K Macs. Someday I may be able to get an OSX system and go there too, but for now I will be content with a port to Mac OS 8.6 and lower.
