Although I am sure that there are fine folk in France, just like everywhere, France had the singular distinction of having been the snobbiest and most rude people I ever met. I have traveled extensively in Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Great Britian. Maybe the French were having a bad WEEK when I was there. (At least they were consistent.) Germany should consider invading France again.
