These are; Default Calibrator, Desktop printer Spooler, Desktop Print Monitor, Display Library,
When file sizes were compared to those on the other drive discrepancies
were found. Copies from the other drive were provided yet the problem still
exists. Now the other drive is freezing on start-up also.
Booting from CD and using Disk Setup enables a restart of the smaller drive
and running with these four off.
Trash your printer prefs and try again. Then if this does nothing, boot from a cd and disable these extensions by moving them out of the extensions folder into the disabled folder. Let us know what happens then.......
