I'vehad similar problems in the past, what OS is being used. It happened alot with me on the 7.6, but not since 9.04, also is you browser open and do yuou have a remote access window where options is, you can kind of tell it in there when and if you want it dial or how many times to redial.
OS9.1. Remote Access was set not to redial at all, though I am told this is not related to faulty redialing.
This only happened when other malfunctions began, so I doubt it is related to any of my settings. Another reason I think this is because I didn't change a single setting, but the unsolicited redialing began spontaneously.
