You have it right! The service man admitted that there were problems
with QC and ID of which ones are bad, so they decided to dump all to
purge the supply line at our risk - and expense!

I expect working with the China sources is a big problem, as in no
this is good and that is bad, oh no it is that is good and this is
bad, we check all for you and ship all anyway and so on.

I have a friend importing big motors from China, 75% are defective
off the boat and have to be returned or fixed at big costs - what a
problem working with questionable people - it is never their fault,
need more cash to fix, and so on!
