TattleTech is no longer going to be produced and the author has released the last versions as freeware. (An OS 6 and earlier version, a special version for Mac, Mac+ and Classic and an OS 7.0-9.x version.) http://www.tattletech.com for downloading.
Under the "Displays" heading in the pull down menu you will find each connected display. The 5th line under the Display #1 heading wil be the "Installed VRAM" , which shows actual bytes and either 2 or 4 MB in parentheses.
