I have severe doubts. I think the rear ports would be all out of whack and 
I'm pretty sure the power supply would not mate up without some alterations. 
Then there's the real (technical stuff) like voltages.

The PCI ports are in the right place.

Some accommodation would be required for the A/V transition card.

The Beige G3 DT power supply is the same as the 7300 or 7500/7600/7200 power 
supply, except for the mobo power cables ... a single 20 pin in the DT case, a 
10-pin and a 24-pin in the 7300 case, and a 10-pin and a 22-pin in the 
7500/7600/7200 case.

The DT case is mostly the same as the other cases mentioned, except for the 
bottom metalwork and the back metalwork and plastic.
