If deglazing doesn't work, you may need new rollers. My LaserWriter was wrinkling sheets into an accordian fold the last 2 inches of every sheet. I found the exact problem mentioned on fixyourownprinter.com. I ordered a package from them which included the new rollers and a video showing how to install them for $40.
